Expertise

With over 30 years of construction experience, Mike has worked his way up from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager, and is now the Vice President of Field Operations. He also brings hands-on and entrepreneurial experience from owning his own contracting business.

As Vice President of Field Operations, Mike has played an integral role in ensuring communication and cohesion, while Arc Building Partners grows in the New Jersey construction market. As Mike continues managing in Northern New Jersey, he brings extensive experience to his field teams with target value design, the ability to ensure the vision of owners and stakeholders is met, all while driving towards schedule and budget goals. His communication allows cohesion and collaboration with all parties and team members involved. Mike has a great depth of knowledge in managing schedules, budgets and personnel throughout each phase of construction.

Experience

Edge, Bayonne, NJ

As Vice President of Field Operations at Arc Building Partners, Mike is overseeing construction of Edge, a transit-oriented, mixed-use development in proximity to both the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail and upcoming Bayonne Ferry Terminal. Amenities will include a co-working space, fitness center, resident club room, landscaped rooftop deck, game room, barbecue grills and on-site storage. Work is scheduled to be complete in Q1 2021.

Rivet II, Jersey City, NJ

Arc Building Partners is overseeing construction for the second phase of a new 199-unit housing complex close to New Jersey City University. With a view of the New York skyline, this $50 million project is estimated to be delivered in Q1 of 2021. As Vice President of Field Operations, Mike works with the team to coordinate with the developer, owner, architect and stakeholders.

Somerset Brownstones, Newark, NJ

As Vice President of Field Operations, Mike is coordinating with the owner, The Michaels Organization, and the developer, architect and stakeholders to build a $19 million, 60-unit, affordable housing community. Work is scheduled to be complete in Q4 2020.

Resorts World Catskills, Thompson, NY

Mike served as Senior Project Manager with the team overseeing the 325,000 sq. ft. hotel tower, the building skin, pool and VIP area. The project was a 1.5 million sq. ft. initiative, which included a 622,000 sq. ft. casino, restaurants and event center complex. It also features a 325-room 5-star hotel, pool, spa and fitness center with a 1565-car parking structure and 55 acres of site development.

Due to the success of this project, Mike and his team were kept on to oversee an additional phase of work. The Alder Hotel is a four-story, three-star, 101-room boutique hotel with 100,000 sq. ft. of gaming area.
