Gail E. Ettaro

Gail Ettaro is Arc Building Partners’ Vice President of Business Operations. Gail manages all aspects of the company’s internal operations, from staffing to accounting, to sales and marketing. As the leader of Arc’s marketing, branding and new business development efforts, Gail has developed integrated marketing campaigns across key market sectors including entertainment, hospitality and mixed-use development. Gail also assumes a role in developing strategies for new business opportunities and long-term planning. Gail ensures every touchpoint Arc has with a stakeholder or partner is consistent.

Experience

Prior to joining Arc Building Partners, Gail was Senior Director of Marketing for a leading construction company, LPCiminelli, for nearly a decade. She began as the Business Analyst, where she formalized research procedures for business development initiatives and helped establish the company’s CRM platform. Previously, Gail served as Marketing Manager for Buffalo Wire Works where she collaborated on the development of an East Coast distribution network, established corporate branding and launched a corporate website. Additionally, she was an integral part of working with Clarkson University and New York State Energy Research and Development Authority to launch a subsidiary company that utilized novel technology to increase efficiencies for the gravel industry. In addition to her work within the construction industry, Gail spent more than ten years in the commercial photography industry, leading business development and communication initiatives for clients in sports, technology, engineering, manufacturing and a variety of other industries.

Community

Gail has also been active in numerous community events including Buffalo Public School’s Scholarship Fair and Junior Achievement’s Business Plan Challenge, Empower the Future, Stock Market Challenge, as well as classroom volunteering, bringing STEM awareness to students.
