A 35 year veteran of the construction industry, Ray has become an expert in delivering projects on time and on budget. Ray has learned the intricacies of construction management in his previous roles as a Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Executive and now as Vice President.
Ray brings a successful track record of delivering projects that begin with strategic planning and stakeholder coordination, while working to achieve common goals. He brings well rounded knowledge in overseeing and managing a wide variety of mixed-use development projects, with a large portion of his experience in building multi-family complexes. As Vice President of Field Operations, Ray plays an integral role in ensuring communication and cohesion, while Arc Building Partners grows in the New Jersey construction market.
Prior to working at Arc Building Partners, Ray was Vice President of Residential Construction for Hollister Construction Services, Vice President of the Northeast Region for Apartment Investment and Management Company, as well as a Senior Project Executive at Tocci Building Corporation and Executive Vice President at Ingerman Construction Company.
389 Main Street, Hackensack, NJ
A new 100,000 sq. ft. mixed-use development project will include 82 luxury apartments, as well as 3,500 sq.ft. of ground floor retail space in close proximity to transit systems. The Hampshire Cos. owner and stakeholder owned the land for 50 years prior to developing this complex and considers it part of Hackensack’s resurgence. The apartment mix will include eight studios, 48 one-bedrooms and 26 two-bedrooms. It will also feature amenities such as a gym, multiple indoor lounge areas, public outdoor terrace, on-site parking and bicycle storage.
Englewood Circle, Englewood, NJ
A transit-oriented development effort with Cypress Equity Investments, Ray is currently overseeing the construction of a new multi-family project which will create 220 units and Class A office space. Project amenities will include a fitness center, resident lounge, roof top deck and business center.
St. Peter’s Dormitory, Jersey City, NJ
Ray is currently overseeing the construction of a new dormitory on the St. Peter’s University Campus. The 6-story building will house 288 beds and provide a state-of-the-art housing complex for students at the university. The $20 million project is being developed with girder and slab construction.
